Building a true partnership

Our goal is to give everyone the opportunity to build their partnership with their horses and have a little incentive along the way.  All while having fun.

Competition

WE PROVIDE YEAR END HIGH POINT AWARDS

Bringing together top notch facilities that host Mountain Trail Obstacle Courses and allowing you to earn more awards then ever before 
  •  4 Different Mt. Trail Parks to earn points
  • 21 Challenges to choose from 
  • 20 classes at each show that earn PMT  Year end awards
  • Each park has the opportunity to offer more classes 
  • Only 5 shows needed, but will take your best 5 shows if shown more 
  • All 20 classes will receive 1st - 5th place year end high point award
  • All awards given at annual Banquet in January
Top Point Earners for the season - 12 Belt Buckles given away

           Grand & Reserve Champion in each Division listed below

            All points earned for the whole season counted, minimum 5 Challenges

  • Rookie/Level 1 In Hand 
  • Rookie/Level 1 Riding 
  • Level 1/Level 2 In hand 
  • Level 1/Level 2 Riding 
  • Level 2/Level 3 In Hand 
  • Level 2/Level 3 Riding 
BONUS AWARDS WITH OQHA 
  • All PMT members will receive a OQHA membership as well
  • Will earn awards from OQHA in 12 Classes
  • Youth level 1, 2, 3  ~ In Hand & Riding 
  • Adult Level 1, 2, 3 ~ In Hand & Riding 
  • All breeds qualify! This is the first time a single breed association has offered high point awards!
  • Will receive OQHA awards at the OQHA annual Banquet in February 

SADDLE PROGRAM 

Track all your Riding and Ground work hours for awards

Wither you are riding or doing ground work with your horse, you count  your hours for year end mile stone awards 

  • Can be at home, on the trails, in an arena or at a show - Anywhere
  • Count all hours you are working any horse (riding or ground work) 
  • Anyone can be apart of the program, even trainers 
  • Also count volunteer hours at any PMT facility
  • All hours are tallied under each rider
  • Hours will continue to tally year to year with a current membership 
  • Do not have to be a competitor to turn in hours
