Hi there! I am Stephanie Tarr and the Vice President this year of Premier Mount N Trail. I have always loved horses, got my first pony when I was 5, was in 4-H and showed into my twenties. Got back into horses at 46 and fell right back into showing mountain trail and ranch. I think PMT is a great organization and I love what we promote to the horse world.
Justin resides just outside of Wheeling, WV with his multitude of furry and feathered friends. He has been involved with horses in a variety of ways for over 25 years. While his involvement with PMT is relatively short, experience with non profit organizations is not. He has served for a combined 16 years as president or vice president of the Ohio County Country Fair. He hopes that during his time with PMT he can strengthen membership and promote the mission and values of the organization.
